Our third party freight carriers have advised that their cut-off date for orders to be delivered before Christmas is Wednesday 13th December. Any orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed delivery prior to Friday 22nd December. Both Online Packaging and our third party couriers will be closed on the weekends and public holidays during the Christmas period.
Therefore, we strongly advise placing your orders as early as possible to ensure that our freight carriers can fulfil your deliveries in time for Christmas. External circumstances aside, we’ll make every effort to ensure your deliveries reach their destination in time for the big day.

We aim for your order to be received by you within 3-10 working days. For all WA, NT and SA locations, please allow at least an extra 5-10 business days for delivery.
Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours. If there is nobody at the delivery location at the time of delivery order, it will be left at your front door.
Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner through our Customer Service Team.
From time-to-time, we may be unable to fulfil an item/s that you have ordered due to unforseen circumstances. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you, advising you of the expected time of arrival for your product ordered. You will have the option to either place the item/s on backorder and wait for the product to arrive into our warehouse, choose another product, or receive a refund.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
